[vox-tech] dotted line in LaTeX

Ok, you know how you can have a table in LaTeX and tell it
"I want the right side of the rightmost column to have a vertical line",
by using "|" when you open the tabular?

Well, what if I want a _dotted_ line? (Kinda like a \dotfill, except vertical)

The lame way of doing it would be to use "@{:}" instead of "|",
except that for taller rows, there are gaps.

For example

  I am row 1 :
  I am row 2 :
  I am row 3 :
  and I am
  very tall
  I am row 4 :

:^(

Any ideas?
