[vox-tech] hard drive recovery

Laptop drives have an ATA-3 interface that has the IDE
lines and power in the same multipin connector. HSC
near Sierra College has adapters. I have one as well.
Be sure the adpater is correctly oriented and attached
before attaching power. I've killed one drive already
that way.
