Possibly. But if the usage size is messed up, though, it could be a sign
of bigger problems.
BTW, it could also be a driver problem. I ruled it out earlier since it's
unlikely... but perhaps that was too premature.
In any case, running scandisk or fsck.vfat on it can't hurt. BTW, I think
the canonical name for "fsck.vfat" is "dosfsck"...
