I wasn't tracking the discussion, but I think the earlier versions of
Pentium didn't have fans or heat sinks.  You should be able to go a bit
more higher-end Pentium, add a heat sink (but no fan), and have no
problem.  I guess you could go even a bit more higher-end and lower the
clock speed, but that seems to be self-defeating.
