I talked to a frriend who does Apple support.
He said that OS X should be able to thru the Print Center
OS 8 needs Ethertalk enabled on the printer or the workstation for the
OS to see it.
And a SW called Dave can be purchased for money and made to work with
some configuration.

If you have the W2K Server OS, let me know and I will look in my books,

That'd make Windows... useful.
Is that a built-in thing for Win2K? It's not a full-server version... I
think it's a workstation version. How do you set it up?
