[vox-tech] PHP

Martin,

I don't think PHP has a server, as far as I remember PHP is like CGI, that
is something about your HTML indicates to invoke the PHP engine and pass in
the HTML (to be parsed and do the PHP stuff).  My guess is there is some
apache config stuff you must do, check out php.org
