[vox-outreach] WEF planning?

I've heard very little about WEF recently.  Where are we? :)
The next meeting is Monday, so it'd be a good time to have plans
finalized, or at least try to round up any more volunteers.

WEF itself is May 8-10.  I'm uncertain whether I'll be able to help out,
aside from poking everyone and updating the webpage for the event.

(Yes, I know, we need a wiki :^/ )
