[vox-outreach] Updated Demo page

LUGOD's demo page was getting kinda crufty, so I expanded it a little
to explain WHAT a demo is, and why.  Both for non-Linux folks who learn
about the event, and visit the webpage, as well as for new LUGOD members
who might want to help out, but have no idea what the event is, or why. :^)
