I am working on a project to put video monitoring and fire detection in livestock facilities.  The device needs to be totally portable streaming in either wifi or cellular. The Mobile Digital Video Recorders I have found are all programmed for fleet vehicle management.  I need to reprogram these Linux OS devices with something more suitable for my clients.
