     o Strong experience administering VMware vSphere/ESX, VMware View and
       EqualLogic iSCSI SAN
     o Familiar with Unix and LAPPP (Linux/Apache/Postgres/PHP/Python) stack
     o Experience related Windows Server 2008 with Active Directory and Group
       Policy
     o basic familiarity with telephony and VOIP in general
     o Excellent documentation skills
