System Verilog GUI debugging interface.  Improves the usability of SVA
coverage reporting by adding more SVA simulation statistics and improving
the look-and-feel of the report. 
* Design and implement new functionalities based on customer requests and

SVA multiclock, and clocking block, and collaborative projects of
