Our client is currently seeking Senior C/UNIX Developers to join the development team. 

These positions have responsibility for all development and support of an ad-server technology.  They have significant hands-on coding responsibilities, as well as leadership responsibilities, and require a strong background in computer science, and the full software development life cycle.

Primary Responsibilities include:
	
•This is a very hands-on, individual-contributor, programmer position, and will require working with little or no direct supervision 
•Responsible for owning a large, critical application 
•Perform on-going development and support of the ad-serving software 
•Provide programming expertise in a C/Unix environment 
•Provide programming expertise in optimization techniques and algorithms 
•Provide mentorship to junior developers 

Qualifications include:
	
•BA/BS in Computer Science, related degree, or comparable experience 
•5+ years of professional software development experience 
•Strong programming skills in a C/Unix environment 
•Solid understanding of OO programming concepts 
•Proven experience developing large, complex systems 
•Experience with optimization techniques and algorithms 
•Experience with high-volume, rapid transaction processing systems is required 
•Strong interpersonal skills

MUST live in the tri-state (NY, NJ, CT) area. 
MUST work on-site at clients NYC location. 
MUST be auth to work in the USA
