I'm helping somebody who is trying to find a bona-fide Oracle guru to 
consult and perhaps provide expert witness in support of a lawsuit.

Basically he needs somebody who is qualified to second-guess, and 
comment on, a proposed and published plan to implement an Oracle 
database.

This is NOT a solicitation to create a solution. A qualified critic 
is all that is asked for.

Compensation may be part of the agreement.
The gig may involve a court appearance.
