One question about this(and since its no longer a technical issue, I'm 
throwing this to jobs)  How well does the reverse video stuff scan?  Have you 
tried it? or have had anyone try it?  is it a web only resume?  

I kinda like the way it looks, but I don't know if it would work(and I want my 
resume to be pretty much the same in content and presentation on each medium 
its on)
