[vox-if] IFs on Oct 9 / Oct 17?

Those dates still look OK, but we are still fumbling along with the room 
issue.

Also, Seth has had to go fight fires the last 2 Sunday IFs.  If he is 
still on fire duty in October, we really ought to find someone else to 
do the IF on Oct 17.  Any volunteers?
