[vox-announce] Tons of old photos finally posted

Thanks Bill!  The pics look good.  Another problem with a CMS is they
are constantly upgrading things and you have to stay on top of it to
ensure that nothing breaks.  They work best when you have content
maintainers who are not very tech-savvy.
