[vox-announce] Weekend anniversary meeting in January?

I've got a great speaker & topic lined up for LUGOD's
anniversary meeting in January, but it turns out they
cannot make it on a weekday.

Would it be a waste of time to try and schedule something
on Saturday the 16th or Sunday the 17th?  (i.e., would
people be willing & able to attend?)
