[vox-announce] LUGOD officer election season!

Starting at this past Monday's meeting,
nominations are now being accepted for LUGOD's
four elected officer positions.

Here they are (along with the folks currently
holding their positions):

 * root (president)
   Bill Kendrick (yours truly)

 * sys (vice president)
   John Reed

 * typescript (secretary)
   Andrew Roach

 * /dev/null (treasurer)
   Andrew Roach


If you'd like to nominate yourself, or someone else
(they have to accept, of course) for one or more of
the above positions, please send an email to
Andrew at:  typescript at lugod.org

Voting will begin at November's meeting.
In the likely event that there are positions for which
there is only one nominee, we'll simply make a call
for objections from the attendees of that meeting.

based on who has time & experience with things;
