[vox-announce] Unresolvable Dynamic IPs

Due to spam, LUGOD's server now blocks incoming messages from users who are
hosted on dynamic IP addresses which do not resolve (via reverse DNS lookup)
to a valid hostname.

If you have trouble posting to LUGOD's mailing lists because of this,
you can do one of the following:

  * Use your ISP's mail server, rather than your own
  * Use a different e-mail account
  * Ask that your address be 'whitelisted'

If you have difficulty e-mailing us directly, there is a small form on
our Mailing Lists page where you can tell us your e-mail address and
provide a brief comment, if necessary:
