zeroCode
presented by: Dr. M.A. Sridhar, Chief Architect, Ampersand Corp
In contrast to the early days of the web, today's web applications are
invariably database-backed and serve mostly dynamic content. It is now
the norm for web applications to interact with multiple databases, mail
servers and other complex data sources. Attempts to shorten the
development cycle of these increasingly complex applications often result
in unreliable, inextensible or unmaintainable code.
Ampersand Corp's approach to solving this problem is based upon a
minimalist data model that abstracts away the essential data elements
required in a dynamic web page - the user-level data model (UDM).
zeroCode is a browser-accessible software development environment for
generating scalable, high-performance, database-backed web applications,
with little or no programming effort, in minutes.
